New Hampshire Nuptials

I’m so excited to finally share these photos & flowers! This summer, I had the honor of being both bridesmaid and florist to my dear friend Grace and her now-husband Matt. I’ve known Matt & Grace for several years, and their wedding was the sweetest celebration of their love and commitment to one another. They are some of the most generous people I know, and they exude warmth and kindness in everything they do. It was such a treat to be so involved in their wedding!

Their wedding palette was a mixture of roses, stock, limonium, and coffee greens (which was a little nod to the fact that Grace and I became such close friends while meeting for coffee every week before work.) The flowers adorned every part of the wedding: lining the ceremony aisle, decorating the bridesmaids’ hair, dressing up the cake, and of course, filling out the spunky bouquets and centerpieces.

And after perfectly capturing all of the love, joy, and beauty of the day, a big shout out is due to the amazing Rory McCann who took all of the breathtaking photos you see here! She is a florist’s dream photographer, catching the fine details that sometimes only we florists get to see as we put the flowers together.

The wedding was beautiful, the reception was a blast, and many fun and precious memories were made on that joyous day.

After the wedding was done, in true Matt & Grace form, we shared the joy of their wedding by donating their flowers. Grace is studying to become a nurse, so the bright arrangements found a home at the nurses’ stations in a local rehab hospital. It was the kind of sweet, selfless gesture that Matt & Grace are known for, and it was a perfect closing note to the end of this florist’s 2016 wedding season. Congratulations Matt & Grace, and I hope your marriage is as beautiful and joy-filled as your wedding celebration was!
